TELAJACK is the strongest adjustable jack post system available to date for residential housing applications. Designed with a narrow profile easily encapsulated in standard 2 X 4” walls, TELAJACK can support up to 60,000 pounds* depending on grade of tubing used (IE 3/8” or 1/4”). Topped by a sturdy 4” threaded rod for precision height adjustments, TELAJACK offers a verticle distance range of 10” to 24’ using standard 2 1/2” square steel tubing. Made from cast steel construction, this modular support system features a yellow zinc dichromate finish that will not rust, even in salt air situations.

ADJUSTABLE JACK POSTS BY TELAJACK
Telajack is a revolutionary adjustable jack post system used to quickly and easily lift and level foundations, load bearing walls in site-built homes, load bearing walls in modular homes, and support basements, beams, decks, stairs, docks, and even mining roofs.
Capable up supporting up to 60,000 pounds, Telajack features heavy duty precision cast components that easily adjust to the application height required. A durable threaded rod enables close tolerance leveling to the hundredth of an inch over a 4” range. For the ultimate installation convenience, Telajack’s narrow profile enables it to be easily placed within a standard 2 x 4” wall (using 2 1/2" x 21/2" tubing).
By comparison, most standard jack posts are manufactured with thin gauge telescoping tubes that do not meet standard building codes or fit within standard 2 x 4” walls.
Combining Telajack with the Cable-Tite uplift prevention system produces the definitive home protection solution for high wind situations.
Telajack can be used in confined spaces from 10 inches to an impressive expansion height of 24 feet. The ability to easily accommodate custom installation flexibility gives users unparalleled design freedom, cost and time savings.
JACK POST INSTALLATION
Installing Telajack jack posts to lift, level, support, or reinforce is simple.
Step 1: Measure support distance from floor to rim joist, subtracting 4" for top plate and threaded rod.
Step 2: If square tubing is not pre-cut to length, cut 4" shorter than total support height.
Step 3: Set base plate position and place square tubing in base plate.
Step 4: Place top cap on tubing, and srew threaded rod until it stops.
Step 5: Place hex nut on threaded rod, and add top plate and turn until tight.
Step 6: Ajdust hex nut on threaded rod to lock against top plate

INSTALLER WARNING:
Remember to measure from floor to rim joist on modular homes, and subtract 4 inches in order to get the full adjustment of the jack post. Always keep jack posts in an upright position, and check for plumb. Holes have been added in the top plate to accommodate 3/8' and 1 1/2" lag bolts. Bottom plates can be installed using 3/8" anchors if desired, or you have leveling lines to set in concrete footings.
