Questions about Concrete Leveling

Find the answers to your questions about Concrete Leveling / Mudjacking here.
How much money will I save?
Approximately 60% to 80% over replacement of the concrete.

How is your slurry better than anyone else’s?
Our slurry can hold more pounds per sq. inch and will not break down after a couple of years. Our slurry is composed of crushed limestone and cement so it sets up hard.

How long does Concrete Leveling take?
Most jobs are done in less the 3 hours due to our highly efficient equipment.

Will my yard or sprinklers heads be damaged?
No damage is done to either one.

When can we drive on the driveway?
The same day as we pump. That’s not always the case with traditional Mud Slurry with a waiting time of up to 5 days before you can drive on it.

How long does the concrete slurry take to dry?
Generally 1-2 days.

Can I expect to see any movement after the work is done?
Sometimes the clay will shrink and the concrete will settle up to 1/2 inch in the drier months of the year.

How much room do you need to work?
We would need everything moved back 3-4 feet from the perimeter if working inside and everything moved off your patio and stoops.

Is your work dusty or loud?
We use a gas drill that creates a small amount of dust and our equipment is powered by small lawn mower size engines.

Will my concrete crack?
Sometimes the concrete will open cracks that occurred while it was settling and new cracks may occur depending on the strength of the concrete and the amount of steel used in the concrete.

Will the patched holes match my existing concrete?
We have developed techniques that help them to match very closely.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, checks & cash.
What is high density polyurethane concrete leveling?
High density polyurethane concrete leveling is a process for leveling and stabilizing sunken concrete that ultilizes a two-part foam that's injected under the concrete slab. As the foam expands, it raises the slab into a level position. Find out more about high density polyurethane concrete leveling here.
