How does pressure grouting work? During new construction, the weight of concrete will compact the subsoil and will continue to "settle" until the subsoil is totally compressed. The Pro Foundation Technology process forces a special concrete slurry under the sunken concrete, raises it to its original position, and keeps it there. The slurry fills the void and stabilizes the subsoil, making further sinking unlikely. We fix the causes as well as the problem. Our work, and our workmanship is guaranteed at no extra charge.
